The Siberian Tier lives in the taiga areas and has the habit of continuosly moving, solitary, after sunset to hunt its prey. It is also seen close to villages and other places inhabited by humans. Rarely, it hunts during the day. With a very ferocious and bloodthirsty instinct, the older tiger has the reputation as a man killer.
The females give birth to 2-4 cubs after a gestation of 65-111 days.
The Siberian Tiger is bigger than tigers of the other asian regions.
